The anticipation for right-hander Yu Darvish's first start back on his home soil was finally met on Friday night in Japan with great fanfare. Darvish, representing Team Japan for the first time since 2009, earned the victory over Team Korea, working the first three frames of what would end in a 13-4 triumph. "This is such a special opportunity, because I pitched in the States for the past couple years," said Darvish. "This might be my last opportunity to pitch in my home country."
