It's been a long time since the Wrigley Field faithful witnessed what they did on Wednesday night. Chicago Cubs southpaw Shota Imanaga tossed seven no-hit innings, striking out seven in the effort. The Japanese hurler did most of the heavy lifting but couldn't have taken part in history without Nate Pearson and Porter Hodge's scoreless innings in the final two frames. The three pitchers combined for the first Cubs no-hitter at home since Milt Pappas did it in 1972. The Cubs routed the Pittsburgh Pirates, 12-0.
