Texas Rangers top prospect Evan Carter continues to outshine the bright Postseason lights in his first year. Coming in as a defensive replacement in the fourth inning, the outfielder's hustle to beat out the throw at first base proved to be pivotal in the eighth inning as it set the table for Mitch Garver to knock him home shortly after. Carter's infield single marks his 11 consecutive Postseason game with reaching base safely, making it the longest such streak by any player age 21 years or younger. It just so happens that these are also the Tennessee native's first career 11 Postseason games.
