Seiya Suzuki endeared himself to the Chicago Cubs fan base as an integral part of the team's first two wins. Although the Cubs fell to the Milwaukee Brewers, 5-4, on Sunday, Suzuki added to his impressive start. With two runners aboard in the first inning, the rookie outfielder slugged his first career home run to give his team an early 3-0 lead. Suzuki's early season results have been remarkable as the outfielder has tallied three hits, walked four times, and has driven in six runs in the first series of the 2022 season.
