With a near spotless performance from Max Scherzer, the Los Angeles Dodgers were able to defeat the Atlanta Braves, 4-3, and complete the three-game series sweep. The three-time Cy Young Award winner allowed just three hits over six scoreless innings and struck out nine batters. With this effort, Scherzer tied Clayton Kershaw for the second most career games (36) with at least nine strikeouts and no walks in MLB history.
