Angels first baseman Nolan Schanuel capped a three-hit night with his first career home run - another milestone in what has been whirlwind few months for the 21-year-old. Schanuel, who was selected by the Club back in June during the first round of the MLB Draft, has hit .296 through 21 big-league contests, after playing in just 22 Minor League games. The slugger connected on the longball in the bottom of the third inning - a solo blast off Detroit Tigers starter Sawyer Gipson-Long.
