Gerrit Cole posted his third consecutive start with at least 14 strikeouts, marking just the second time in MLB history a pitcher has posted such a stretch of games. Cole dominated the Seattle Mariners, striking out 15 batters and allowing one run over eight stellar frames, while the Houston Astros steamrolled the opposition to the tune of 21 runs.
