After his appearance in yesterday's London Series matchup between his St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs, Paul Goldschmidt has made a unique piece of Major League Baseball history. In a testament to globetrotters worldwide, Goldschmidt became the first player to play regular season games in five different countries: USA, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and now, England. When asked about the record-breaking appearance, Goldschmidt humbly replied, "I never thought I'd even play in one country in the big leagues, so to play in five is pretty amazing."
