As part of his Club's meeting with the Kansas City Royals yesterday, Shohei Ohtani made headlines by becoming the fastest to belt 150 home runs in Angels franchise history (637 games). The milestone homer was clobbered in the seventh inning and was his League-leading 23rd longball of the 2023 Major League Baseball campaign. Additionally, the home run extended Ohtani's active hit streak to an impressive 14 games, the longest across MLB.
