In his return to hitting while pitching, two-way phenom Shohei Ohtani's first-pitch homer paved the way for five shutout innings tossed in a 4-0 Los Angeles Dodgers win over San Diego. Ohtani, who lowered his ERA to 0.73, has now homered seven times in a scoreless start (including the Postseason), breaking a tie with Bob Gibson for the most such games since at least 1900.
