With his big-league debut in the rearview mirror, New York Yankees shortstop Anthony Volpe had other firsts on his mind during Saturday afternoon's contest. The 21-year-old quickly made good on that when he laced a single in the bottom of the second inning to pick up his first Major League hit. Volpe then got himself into the Yankees history book when he stole second a few pitches later - tying a team-record for steals in first two career games (2).
