After crushing a home run in the fifth inning of last night's contest between his Angels and the Cleveland Guardians, Mike Trout has become just the ninth player in AL/NL history to hit home runs in seven consecutive games. The fifth-inning blast, struck off Guardians hurler Konnor Pilkington, tied the contest at four runs apiece and was Trout's 35th of his 2022 Major League Baseball campaign.
