Coming off an impressive first half in which he hit 20 longballs, Chicago White Sox slugger Munetaka Murakami joined in on the 2026 T-Mobile Home Run Derby fun. Recording nine home runs in the first round of the event at Citizens Bank Park, the first baseman joined Shohei Ohtani as the only Japanese players to participate in the competition.
