Munetaka Murakami is locked in at the plate, continuing to flex his muscle with a longball for the fifth straight game. The Chicago White Sox power hitter slugged a 110.2-mph two-run shot in the seventh inning, tying Shohei Ohtani for the most consecutive games ever with a homer by a Japanese MLB player. Murakami's blast in this one also tied such a record in Club history.
