Right-hand hurler Ronel Blanco stepped up big time for the Houston Astros on Monday. The Dominican Republic-born pitcher was unhittable against the Toronto Blue Jays, throwing the first no-no of the season. It took 105 pitches, seven punchouts, and two walks but it was all Blanco needed to throw the 17th no-hitter in franchise history, doing so in only his eighth career start. The 30-year-old helped Joe Espada pick up his first Managerial win, 10-0.
