Yesterday the New York Yankees top catcher prospect, Austin Wells, displayed some of the pop he flashed in Double-A and Triple-A this season. The 2020 first-round MLB Draft selection launched a solo shot off Toronto Blue Jays reliever Erik Swanson into the right-field second deck at Yankee Stadium. It's the 24-year-old's first career MLB homer. After the game, he was able to get the home run ball from a fan in exchange for a couple of autographs.
