Baltimore Orioles rookie Gunnar Henderson had a career night at the plate against the New York Yankees on Thursday night – pacing the offense in what would be a blowout road win. The 22-year-old got things started early with his first ever leadoff homer. But Henderson was only warming up, smashing his second homer three innings later for the first multi-homer game of his career. The young star also set career highs in hits (four) and RBI (five), becoming the youngest shortstop with four-plus hits, two-plus home runs and five-plus RBI in a single game in MLB history.
