Jorge Polanco delivered late-game heroics for Seattle in Game 1 of the ALCS against Toronto. With the score tied 1-1, the 32-year-old collected a pair of run-scoring singles in the sixth and eighth innings to secure a 3-1 Mariners victory. Polanco joins Edgar Martinez as the only players in team Postseason history to plate a game-winning RBI in consecutive contests.
