ホルヘ・ポランコが信じられないようなプレーで、ジョーイ・ガロの二盗を阻止した。中堅手が二塁に向かって盗塁を仕掛けると、ミッチ・ガーバーが二塁ベースの左側に大きく逸れた送球を放った。ポランコは体を横に伸ばしてボールを掴み、一連の動きのなかで体を回転させてベースに飛び込み、ガロをアウトにした。

Jorge Polanco made a jaw-dropping play to prevent Joey Gallo from stealing second base. When the center fielder took off for second base, Mitch Garver uncorked a throw wide left of the second base bag, forcing Polanco to reach across his body to retrieve the ball. In one fluid motion, Polanco spun around and dove for the bag to tag out Gallo.
