A five-run, two-out rally was the key in the San Diego Padres victory over the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday night, and star rookie Jackson Merrill was right in the thick of things. The 21-year-old crushed his first career Postseason triple as part of the outburst, plating two runs and helping propel his team to an eventual 5-4 win. With the triumph, San Diego swept the NL Wild Card series, and will advance to play the rival Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Division Series.
