Chicago Cubs southpaw Justin Steele carried his team on his back with an impressive outing in Friday's 5-1 win. The 28-year-old went the distance for the first time in his career, limiting the damage to just one run and collecting seven punchouts against the Angels. Steele is the first Cubs hurler since Hall-of-Famer Greg Maddux (2004) to toss a complete game in 95 pitches or fewer. The left-hander is pitching to a stunning 1.67 ERA over his last eight starts.
