George Springer broke out in a big way on Thursday, notching a personal milestone along the way. The Toronto Blue Jays outfielder not only slugged a pair of three-run jacks against the New York Yankees, but he did so in the first and second innings. Springer is the first player with two homers of three-plus runs in the first two frames of a game since Hanley Ramírez in August 2016. The second dinger was also the 250th of his career. Springer's power display helped give the Blue Jays a 9-2 win.
