It was quite the first MLB start for Chicago Cubs call-up Alexander Canario in Tuesday's game. The 23-year-old picked up his first career hit in MLB and plated his first RBI in the sixth inning, coming on an RBI double to left field. Canario had his eyes on something bigger though, crushing an outside pitch for a grand slam two innings later. The slam was his first career home run, making him the fourth Cubs player in the last 50 years to reach the mark. He finished the night going 2-for-4, with a homer and five runs knocked in.
