Yesterday evening, Ronald Acuña Jr. and his Atlanta Braves battled the Los Angeles Dodgers and squeezed out a 10th-inning, 4-2 victory. Before that, in the third inning of the contest, Acuña Jr. walloped a pitch from Dodgers right-hander Emmet Sheehan for a solo homer to center field. Notably, at 121.2 mph, the ball was the hardest-hit across Major League Baseball this season and the third-fastest-hit longball ever recorded. What's more, it's the sixth-hardest-hit ball since the beginning of the Statcast Era (2015).
