Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Brandon Pfaadt entered the 2023 season as a top-five prospect in the organization. He received the call to the League in May and has been a steady arm in the Diamondbacks rotation. He limited the damage Friday against the Cincinnati Reds, allowing two runs and punching out five in five and 1/3 innings at Chase Field. The 24-year-old hurler collected the first MLB win of his career. "Relieving," is the simple response he had for reporters regarding how he felt picking up the first victory.
