On Friday afternoon, Miles Mastrobuoni belted the very first home run of his Major League Baseball career in his Chicago Cubs meeting with the St. Louis Cardinals. The solo homer was belted in the third inning off right-handed veteran hurler Jack Flaherty and sent high and deep over the right-center-field wall. What's more, the home run was impactful, kickstarting a would-be four-run inning for the Cubs and catalyzing their eventual and narrow victory, 4-3.
