Chris Taylor started his big-league career hitting a grand slam, and nine years later, nothing has changed. The Virginia Beach native powered the Los Angeles Dodgers offense Thursday against the Chicago White Sox, smashing a game-tying grand slam in the sixth inning. The moonshot was the 100th career home run for Taylor. Taylor becomes the only player in MLB history to have their first and 100th longballs come with the bases loaded.
