Searching for a spark to get his Club back into the game, Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Alek Thomas was called to pinch-hit in the bottom of the eighth inning of Friday's Game 4 contest. Thomas was thrusted into a one-out, one-on scenario against Philadelphia Phillies reliever Craig Kimbrel, and rose to the occasion. Thomas worked a full count before connecting on a 412-foot homer, tying the game at 5-5. "That play is definitely something that you see in your dreams," he said. "For it to come in real life and for it to happen to me is just awesome. I'm so grateful to have that moment".
