Yesterday afternoon, Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Dylan Cease had one of the most impressive outings of the 2022 Major League Baseball season so far. Cease threw 11 strikeouts over seven innings, only allowing a single hit in the process. Incredibly, Cease became just the second pitcher in White Sox history to throw for that many strikeouts, one (or less) hits and no walks in seven innings pitched. His showstopping performance earned his White Sox the victory over the Angels, 3-0.
