Kevin Gausman's start to the 2022 Major League Baseball season has been nothing short of historic. With yesterday's performance, Gausman joined Cy Young as the only other pitcher to start off any season with five appearances and at least 20 innings pitched, while allowing no walks or home runs. The Toronto Blue Jays right-hander's record-tying performance last night contributed to his Club's 3-2 win over the Houston Astros.
