After announcing that the 2022 Major League Baseball season would be his last, veteran Oakland Athletics catcher Stephen Vogt made something incredible happen in his final MLB contest. In yesterday's meeting between his Athletics and the Angels, with his children in the announcer's booth, Vogt belted a home run in his last at-bat of the game, putting a cap on his 10-year MLB career. What's more, this final-career longball was struck in the same spot he picked up his first MLB hit, making this a brilliant full-circle moment.
