Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Michael Soroka made a tremendous first impression on Monday night. The 28-year-old twirled five scoreless innings with 10 strikeouts against the visiting Detroit Tigers, with the final three coming in an immaculate fifth inning. Soroka set a franchise record for a debuting pitcher, besting Randy Johnson's nine strikeouts on April 9, 1999.
