2024年以降初となるノーヒッターが誕生し、ヒューストン・アストロズの共同作業によるものとなった。今井達也、スティーブン・オカート、アリンベル・サンタの3人が、テキサス・レンジャーズを9-0で完封した。今井が6回を無失点で投げ、オカートが7回を1-2-3で仕上げ、サンタが試合を締めくくった。MLBデビューを果たしたサンタは、クラブ史上18番目のノーヒッターの達成を手助けした。

The first no-hitter since 2024 is in the books, courtesy of a combined effort by the Houston Astros. The trio of Tatsuya Imai, Steven Okert, and Alimber Santa shut down the Texas Rangers in a 9-0 victory. Imai's six strong innings and a 1-2-3 seventh from Okert set up Santa to close things out. Santa, making his MLB debut, helped collect the 18th no-no in Club history.
