Jeff Hoffman faced a daunting task in Toronto's decisive Game 7 against Seattle, and he rose to the occasion. The 32-year-old closer struck out all three batters he faced to seal a 4-3 win and send the Blue Jays to the World Series. Hoffman is the first pitcher since Calvin Schiraldi (1986 ALCS) to strike out all three batters he faced in the final inning of a Game 7.
