Since his Los Angeles Dodgers return in late September, Roki Sasaki has assumed the role of a shutdown reliever. The 23-year-old was called upon to hold a two-run lead against a strong Philadelphia Phillies lineup and fared well. Along with Shohei Ohtani's victory, the two are the second Japanese teammates to win a game and earn a save in Postseason history.
