Garrett Crochet gave the Boston Red Sox everything they needed in a 3-1 win over the New York Yankees in Game 1 of the AL Wild Card series. The southpaw earned the victory in his Postseason debut, racking up 11 strikeouts in seven and 2/3 innings. Crochet is the third Club pitcher with that many punchouts in a Postseason start since 1920 (Pedro Martinez and Josh Beckett).
