Longtime Kansas City Royals catcher Salvador Perez made Club history with his solo home run against the Toronto Blue Jays. The backstop has now hit 20-plus home runs in nine seasons, surpassing Royals legend George Brett for most such seasons in Royals history. "To be around that kind of name, George Brett is a Hall-of-Famer, that means a lot to me," said Perez.
