On Saturday evening, top New York Mets pitching prospect Christian Scott made his Major League Baseball debut against the Tampa Bay Rays and impressed many in the process. Over the course of his six and 2/3 innings on the mound, the 24-year-old right-hander notched a notable six strikeouts while allowing just one walk and one run. What's more, Walker did so with the composition and poise of a seasoned veteran, something that stood out to his teammates when reflecting on the promising newcomer's performance.
