Detroit Tigers newcomer Wenceel Pérez's MLB career is off to a red-hot start, and after going long twice in the night game of his Club's doubleheader bout with the St. Louis Cardinals, the 24-year-old switch hitter etched his name into the history books. Amazingly, Pérez's two home runs, a solo shot in the second inning and a two-run blast three frames later, were belted with opposite hands. Notably, this makes Pérez the first Tigers rookie since Raul Casanova in 1996 to collect a dinger from each side of home plate.
