The Texas Rangers ALDS Game 3 starting pitcher was dialed in from the beginning of the game with his impressive outing. Hurler Nathan Eovaldi kept the Baltimore Orioles hitters at bay over seven frames, allowing just one run with seven strikeouts. The 12-year veteran received plenty of run support early on that proved to be more than enough with his showing. Eovaldi's 77.6 strike rate in the win is the highest in a Postseason since 2000 (minimum 90 pitches). The 33-year-old possesses a 2-0 record, with a 1.32 ERA and 15 punchouts heading into the ALCS.
