The Major League leader for innings pitched this season tacked on nine more frames in spectacular fashion on Sunday afternoon. San Francisco Giants starter Logan Webb recorded the first complete-game shutout of his big-league career, blanking the visiting Colorado Rockies by the score of 1-0. Webb struck out 10 batters in the victory - his fourth double-digit whiff outing of 2023. "I can't put it into words right now. I'm super excited that I was able to do that," said Webb after his sterling start.
