After an eight-year stint in the Minors, 29-year-old infielder Zach Remillard made his Major League Baseball debut in his team's victory over the Seattle Mariners on Saturday, 4-3. Incredibly, Remillard went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate, also picking up a walk, and generating two history-making RBI. With his game-tying single in the ninth inning and his go-ahead, RBI hit in the 11th, Remillard became the first player in the Modern Era to record both game-tying and game-winning knocks in his MLB debut.
