Wednesday was a career outing for Juan Soto. The 24-year-old superstar was automatic at the plate after being moved back to the two spot in the batting order for the first time since April. Soto responded with his best-ever hitting performance, tallying a career-high five knocks in a game. The outfielder's perfect day at the plate marked the 69th time in his career that he has reached base safely four or more times in a game. That is tied with Mickey Mantle for the second-most such games before turning 25 since 1900, trailing only Ted Williams who leads with 81.
