In the ninth inning of yesterday's game between his San Francisco Giants and the Chicago White Sox, David Villar belted his second home run of the day, a grand slam that emphasized his Club's broad victory, 12-3. Villar, who also connected for a solo homer in the fifth inning, drove in a total of five RBI for the Giants. Villar's two home runs contributed to his Club's total of seven over the course of the game, which is the most for the Giants in a single game since 2002.
