The star power was on full-display in Oakland on Sunday - with great emphasis on power. The 6-0 shutout victory for the Angels over the Athletics was punctuated by back-to-back home runs from teammates Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani in the top of the fifth inning. Both sluggers connected for their first longballs of the 2023 season - traveling a combined distance of 881 feet. This was the sixth time that these superstars have hit back-to-back home runs in their six seasons playing together.
