In the Los Angeles Dodgers game against the San Diego Padres, the Dodgers struggled to get anything going offensively. These difficulties put the team in a 2-1 hole with two outs in the top of the ninth inning. Lucky for the blue-and-white, Betts was up to bat. The superstar did what superstars do, smacking a game-tying solo home run to give his team life. The blast ignited his team, eventually leading to a 5-2 win.
