Detroit Tigers pitchers could barely put anything past New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge on Friday night, as the slugger went 4-for-5 with his 20th home run of the 2022 season. The 6'7" outfielder's solo blast came in the bottom of the third inning off starter Elvin Rodriguez, contributing to the 13-0 rout of the visitors. Judge leads all Major League hitters in home runs, with the next closest being Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts at 16.
