With a lineup full of firepower, the Toronto Blue Jays were looking to add a top-level starter to their rotation and in doing so they landed right-hander Jose Berrios in a two-for-one swap with the Minnesota Twins. The Blue Jays sent back No. 2 prospect IF/OF Austin Martin and No. 4 prospect pitcher Simeon Woods Richardson, two players with very promising futures. Berrios, an All-Star in 2018 and 2019, is 7-5 in 20 starts this season, sporting a 3.48 ERA with 126 Ks in 121.1 innings pitched.
