Coming off of a 2019 minor league campaign where he was named an organizational All-Star by MiLB.com, the Phillies called up Spencer to make his first MLB start on Sunday afternoon. The team's top pitching prospect, who has struck out 281 batters in 211.1 minor league innings, struck out four Braves hitters over 4.2 innings in his debut.
