It has been just over two calendar years since Sonny has made a start where he has allowed more than six hits, an incredible feat that he extended during Monday night's game versus Cleveland. Gray, who improved his 2020 record to 3-0 (and sports a microscopic 0.96 ERA), made his 36th straight start — the longest streak ever recorded in MLB history. Sonny held the Indians to four hits over six innings while striking out eight, propelling the Reds to their third straight win.
